SANDIA RANGER DISTRICT TRAVEL MANAGEMENT ENVIROMENTAL ASSESSMENT READY FOR PUBLIC REVIEW
The Sandia Ranger District, Cibola National Forest, is requesting public review and comment regarding the proposals described in the Environmental Assessment for Travel Management on the Sandia Ranger District. Written, facsimile, hand delivered, oral, and electronic comments concerning this Proposed Action will be accepted for 30 calendar days following the publication of the legal notice in the Albuquerque Journal.

Environmental Assessment Public Open Houses
Two open houses will be held on February 20th and 21st. This will be an opportunity to meet with the Interdisciplinary Team (ID) and Nancy Rose, the Forest Supervisor and deciding officer, and to ask questions about the analysis. There will also be an opportunity for participants to submit written comments. The meeting will begin with a short presentation on the alternatives at 6:00 PM, followed by the open house.
