The order would require Eldorado County and/or the Eldorado National Forest to correct alleged issues with sediment, human waste, and oil associated with the use of the Rubicon Trail contaminating the waters in the area. If implemented, the County and/or the Forest could fines up to $10,000 per day if they fail to meet the requirements of the order.
