Wenatchee NF Proposes Rock Crawl Area Near Rimrock Lake

The Wenatchee National Forest is seeking comments on a proposal to build a rock crawl challenge course on approximately 1.5 acres near teh west end of Rimrock Lake.

The Naches Ranger District of the Wenatchee National Forest is preparing an environmental analysis for a proposed project to build a rock crawl challenge course. The proposed course would be on approximately 1.5 acres in the rock pit behind the Cold Creek Snow Park just south of the west end of Rimrock Lake (T13N R13E Sec7, N46.628, W121.254)

They would like comments by March 13, 2008 and hope to complete the analysis and sign a decision by June 30, 2008.
