Oct 9, 2009The Forest Service today announced that it will prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) on the travel management project for the Ruby Mountains, Jarbidge, and Mountain City Ranger Districts of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest.www.fs.fed.us/r4/htnf, at the Ranger District Offices in Elko in Wells, at the County offices, Tribal offices, and at the Elko Public Library.
