| | OHMVR Revises Proposed Regulations for Oceano Dunes
Nov 23, 2009The OHMVR has made revisions to the proposed regulations for Oceano Dunes in response to comments received. Comments on the revisions will be accepted through December 8, 2009.REGULATION ADDITIONAL 15-DAY COMMENT PERIOD
The Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Division has reviewed the comments
regarding the proposed revisions to Oceano Dunes regulations in Section 4609
of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations received during the forty day
public comment period and at the public hearing.
In response to the comments received, the Division has made some revisions to
the text of the proposed regulations.
The revised regulations are available to the public for review and comment for 15 days, beginning on November 24, 2009 and expiring on December 8, 2009 at
5:00 pm. Public comments shall be limited to the revisions only.
The Division intends to request an early effective date for this regulation of
January 1, 2010.
