Jan 15, 2009BLM's Casper, WY field office has released the draft travel plan for about 20,000 acres in the Sand Hills Transportation Area northeast of Casper.www.blm.gov/wy/st/en/info/NEPA/cfodocs/sandhills.html, and at the Casper Field Office.
