Mostly for ATVs and motorcycles. Only a small part of the park is open to 4x4s.

From Tracy: Take exit 72 from I-580. Turn southwest on Corral Hollow Road and go about 6.5 miles.  The park entrance is on your left.
From Livermore: Take exit 47 off I-580. Turn south on Livermore Ave and go about 3.2 miles. Continue east on Tesla Road and go about 12.9 miles. The park enrance is on your right.
