From Beaufort, NC: Take US 70 northeast about 17.7 miles to the town of Davis, NC. When US 70 turns left, continue straight on Grady Davis Road for about 0.2 miles to board the ferry for the South Core Banks. Or turn left (north) to stay on US 70 and go another 13.1 miles. When US 70 ends, turn right (southeast) on an unnamed road and go about 0.1 miles to board the ferry for the North Core Banks.
